Maui and Hawaii SEO management, from $500 a month

Ongoing Hawaii SEO services to grow how customers find you on Google over time - content, local SEO, and the steady work that compounds month after month.

Start here

Start with a free SEO checkup

Send me your website address. I look at how Google sees it today and send you a one-page summary in plain English, with the three fixes I would do first. No cost, no obligation, and no pressure to buy anything after. Turnaround: 3 business days.

Indexed and tidy

Whether Google has your pages, and whether your titles and descriptions are in order.

Speed and mobile

The slow or broken spots on a phone that hold a page back.

Your Google profile

How your Google Business Profile looks next to the businesses nearby.

Want a score right now? The free Site Check tool scores any page for accessibility, SEO and speed. The checkup above is the human version.

First, the difference

Two kinds of SEO - this is the ongoing one

Every Frontline website is built with on-page SEO from day one - clean structure, fast load times, and proper markup. That's your SEO foundation, and it's included in every build. SEO Management is the layer that comes after: the ongoing work of climbing the rankings and staying there.

What we do

The work that moves rankings

SEO isn't one fix - it's a set of habits done consistently. Here's what we handle for you.

Keyword & content strategy

We find the searches your customers actually use, then plan content designed to rank for them.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile, the local map pack, and citations so nearby customers find you first. The weekly list is on the Google Business Profile page.

On-page improvements

Titles, structure, and content refined over time as Google's expectations keep shifting.

Content that ranks

Pages and posts written to answer the questions your customers are really typing into Google.

Technical health

We watch speed, crawlability, and the quiet technical issues that hold good content back.

Monthly reporting

Where you rank, what's moving, and what's next - in plain English, with no jargon to decode. Every month: a short plain-English report and a check-in call. Every quarter: a bigger look at what is working. See a sample.

Showing up in AI search

More people ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers for local businesses. There is no secret switch for it: Google says a page that is indexed and eligible for a snippet is eligible for its AI features. So I focus on the parts I can check.

  • Your site does not block AI crawlers (I check your robots.txt).
  • Your business details and page markup match what visitors see on the page.
  • Pages answer the question first, then explain.
  • Once a quarter I check whether the AI tools name your business, and which competitors they name instead.

I cannot promise a place in any AI answer. I can show you the quarterly check.

Built for Maui small businesses, including contractors and restaurants. See what that looks like for Maui contractors and Maui restaurants.

Wondering whether you need to pay extra for "AI SEO"? I wrote up what Google actually says about AI SEO.

Maui SEO, town by town

I'm based in Wailuku, so local SEO here starts with the map. Google shows nearby businesses first, which means a shop in Kahului, Kihei or Lahaina is competing with the businesses in its own town, not with all of Hawaii. I serve businesses across Maui, including Wailuku, Kahului, Kihei, Wailea, Lahaina, Paia, Makawao, Pukalani and Kula, and I set up your Google Business Profile service areas to match the towns you actually serve.

The weekly profile work (posts, photos, review replies) is on the Google Business Profile page: $300 a month on its own. If you also need a new site, start with the Maui web design page.

How it works

A roadmap, not a one-time fix

SEO rewards consistency. We start with where you stand, then build momentum month over month.

01

Audit

We see where you stand today - rankings, gaps, and the quickest wins available.

02

Plan

I map a roadmap around the searches actually worth winning for your business.

03

Execute

Content, local SEO, and technical fixes carried out steadily, month after month.

04

Measure

We track what's climbing and double down on what's working.

What you get each month

What a monthly report looks like

A short report. No 40-page PDFs. Here is the layout, shown with a made-up business so you can see the format.

Sample Coffee Co. - September (sample: fictional business, made-up numbers)

At a glance: 0 items that could stop pages being found, 1 that can affect ranking, 2 that change how results look.

Work status: Done: rewrote 2 page titles, fixed 1 slow image, posted 4 times on your Google Business Profile. Under way: waiting for Google to re-read the new titles. Next: add a page for catering, since people search for it and the site has no page for it.

Fixed since last month: the missing description on the menu page. New problems found: 0.

Search on Google, last 28 days: 58 clicks, 1,240 impressions, average position 11.4. Against the 28 days before: +14 clicks, +230 impressions.

Top search terms: "coffee shop near me" (21 clicks), "best coffee downtown" (9 clicks), "espresso near me" (6 clicks).

Visitors: 410 sessions from all channels, 96 from Google search (61 engaged), 3 from AI apps.

Google reviews: 27 reviews, rating 4.7, up 2 reviews since last month.

Real reports use your own Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile numbers. Visits can include bots and our own checks, and I say so in the report.

Before you hire anyone

Questions to ask any SEO company, and my answers

  • What does it cost? SEO management starts at $500 a month for a small local scope. Larger scopes are priced on a call. Google Business Profile management is $300 a month, no contract.
  • Is there a contract? No. Month to month. Cancel any time.
  • What is included each month? A short report and a check-in call, plus the steady work in the seven areas above. The report lists what I did, what is under way and what is next.
  • Do you report on more than rankings? Yes. The report shows Google clicks, impressions and average position, visits to your site (including visits from AI apps), your Google reviews, and any open problems I found on the site. It does not include phone calls or bookings, because those live in your own phone and booking tools.
  • Do you guarantee a ranking? No. No honest provider can promise a number one spot. Anyone who does is guessing with your money.
  • How long does it take? Google says some changes show in hours and others take months, and that you should wait a few weeks before judging a change. So each month I report what shipped, and I do not call a result early.
  • Can you show results for a business like mine? Yes, with real numbers. Real Estate on Molokai had 72 Google clicks from 2,648 appearances from October 1 to 28, 2026, up from 65 clicks and 2,424 appearances from July 1 to 28. That is their Google Search Console data, on a site I built and still work on. It is an early, small gain, and most of it came from searches for their business name, so I show it as it is.
  • Will I own everything? Yes. Your site, your Google accounts and your data stay yours. We join as a manager, never as the owner.

Get found when it counts

Let's talk about where you rank now and what it would take to climb. No pressure, no obligation.
